The ultimate Pina Colada breakfast smoothie

Prep time: 0-2 mins
Blend time: 1-2 mins
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pineapple chunks
  • Frozen mango cubes
  • 3 frozen and pitted dates
  • Plant based milk – almond used for this recipe
  • Coconut and caramel vegan ice-cream (Aldi)
  • Biscoff biscuit for decoration
  • Coconut flakes for decoration

Instructions:

  • Fill your blender cup with the frozen ingredients first (this is so they are closer to the blades and blend easier)
  • Now pour in your plant based milk of choice
  • Lastly add in 1-2 tablespoons full of the Vegan coconut and caramel ice-cream
  • Put the lid on and blend away 🙂

Serving suggestions:

  • Pour into a large glass or jar as pictured above and top with a scoop of ice-cream and the coconut flakes.
  • You could also add an umbrella cocktail stick (if you want to have the perfect summer smoothie at your bbq or pool party!)
