B12 Breakfast Booster

  • Multiseed bread of your choice
  • Lemon hummus
  • Cherry Tomatoes (mixed)
  • Rocket
  • Nutritional yeast flakes
  • Salt/Pepper to season


  1. Toast two pieces of multisided bread.
  2. Generously spread the Lemon Hummus over the toast, followed by a sprinkle of nutritional yeast flakes on each toast.
  3. Chop your cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Add a handful of rocket to each slice of toast and top with your tomatoes.
  5. Season as desired with Salt/Pepper.
